    "content": "Going to the issue of facility management, I agree with Hon. Bunyasi that maybe, it is high time we engaged a professional facility manager to manage our facilities. You will find that in most of our facilities, areas such as sanitary areas, catering and many others are not properly and professionally managed. We also need to have a complaint management process in this Parliament. When Members have complaints, how are they handled? Where do they take them? In other jurisdictions, they have an elaborate process for complaint management so that the issues that Members have can be responded to in the right manner."
