    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this Report. I rise to support the Report and we should adopt it. I start by appreciating the work that the Committee has done. I think this is the first time we have got a full Report of this Committee. I am aware the Committee has been expanded from just being in charge of catering, to include all the services and apparently, they are doing a good job. They have looked at all the issues and I appreciate that they have gone into all the areas and have made recommendations. I expect they will follow up on this. I do not think they should let the Report be implemented in the same way we implement other reports. We have a PSC and this Committee and we should not say that these recommendations should go to the Committee on Implementation. This Committee should directly take up the matter with the PSC and get this implemented and report back to us."
