    "content": "The Report talks about disability. This Parliament is not compliant. It is not that we are doing charity. It is in the law. The Persons with Disabilities Act requires that certain requirements must be met. In fact, this Parliament can be closed because there are many committee rooms where many people with disability cannot get to. Ramps are required. We do not have provision for sign language. We do not have facilities for braille and that should be there. There is only one lift that is disability compliant. Those lifts that literally say “Fourth Floor going up” is a requirement of the law."
