    "content": "paid in a manner that they too enjoy their work. They are beginning to rebel. They are feeling so bad. They feel exploited. If you cannot get your salary on time, then that person is exploiting you. The worst part of this thing is that when they do not get paid on a monthly basis, then the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) charges them. We have to pay KRA because there is a fine for not paying on time. Some of those things make us incur costs that can easily be avoided. That is as far as delay of salaries of our staff is concerned."
