    "content": "The Committee did very good work, which is almost 100 per cent. It is important for us to look at some of the observations they have came up with. Doing away with the Catering Fund and starting a parliamentary fund is a wonderful idea. In their recommendations, they say that the Catering Fund should be audited, which is a very good thing. If it has never been audited, it is an oversight. Doing away with the Catering Fund and starting a parliamentary fund that brings together all the funding meant for Members’ welfare is a critical component which we want to look at."
