    "content": "The Member for Bondo has talked about research and what he has said is true. We have personal assistants who have no capacity at all to use the library. Sometimes, there may be a very important Motion going on and a Member may want to use the library quickly. In the Liaison Committee, we have said that the library should be within the vicinity of Parliament and not very far away. It should be near the House where you can go, read a book or latest journal and, come back to the House and continue to make an informed contribution on the subject matter."
