    "content": "On recommendations, we will not accept the one on accommodation. I request the Committee to reconsider that. Giving a Member per diem in Mombasa may result in a meeting not taking place. Somebody will go and sleep in Mtwapa and you may not be sure about the hotel they slept in. They may be robbed and may not make it back to the venue of the meeting. We would not want that. Let the current policy be followed so that Members are kept together and they can attend meetings."
