So, the Government should make sure that we are transparent to each other even as we engage. You have heard here that those working for the PSC have not been paid since the month of July. Employees working for me in my constituency office have not been paid. The only reason we get when we chase these matters is that there is a problem with IFMIS. That cannot be true. It is akin to saying that the servers cannot be opened because people are still asleep in France. So, we must be very open to one another.
