    "content": "On the catering issue, we welcome the suggestion that some of those facilities can be outsourced and we can get somebody to run them. We are aware that catering is giving us services. The only thing I need to point out is this: We have staff who have been employed and we need to be sensitive to this issue. That particular department has had issues which we are looking into to make sure the people who are working there can give us maximum value for being staff of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) and for serving the people in those areas."
