    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I thank the Assistant Minister for his elaborate and lengthy Statement. However, I have stated before this House that I have never been involved in any criminal activity, leave alone drug trafficking. I have also stated on oath in various applications that I have never been involved in any criminal activity, but it has been very unfortunate to see our own people being used by other people to scandalize people who are leaders. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this issue of allegation of drug trafficking has been an extremely serious issue and anybody who alleges or makes accusations of another person being involved in drug trafficking, that is a person who has tried to kill you and, maybe, he has been unable to kill you. This is because there is no any other heinous accusation that somebody can accuse somebody of other than to portray somebody like a drug trafficker. It had been portrayed by a diplomat that two containers, Nos.PCLU 433452/4 and PCLU433452/5, which the Assistant Minister has mentioned in the Ministerial Statement, at one point were at Pepe and they contained cocaine. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has stated in his Ministerial Statement that a company called “Peius Containers” of De Leest 13 5107 RC Dongen of The Netherlands shipped the two containers from Belgium Port of Antwerp to Mombasa."
