The special schools that are available are located far away and one has to cater for boarding facilities and buy special equipment. If we pass this Motion, we will be ensuring that those facilities are brought closer to people living with disabilities. It will also be necessary, at this point, to request the Government to consider subsidising, zero-rating or even issuing free of charge equipment and facilities that are used by people living with disabilities."
