    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. My point is that Kilifi County is among the counties which the Government has deliberately neglected. Everyone knows that whoever comes from that place relies on the coconut tree. There have been droughts and no one considers their effects. My prayer is that apart from the compensation that this Motion is seeking, I request that the Government comes up with structures that will enable that tree to survive not only in terms of production but the benefits of this tree be realised for the good of the people in Kilifi County or coastal region."
