    "content": "It is high time the insurance schemes in coffee and cattle were extended to cashewnuts and coconut farming. They should not segregate or give it to some parts of the country while leaving others out. We, the Taita, also have ranches. Our farmers who have livestock ranches are never given any assistance from the Government during drought. It is important that the Government starts such an industry in Kilifi and Lamu because if this plant can give more than the Kshs13 billion that the originator of the Motion projects.
