    "content": " I have provided them but I can go through them again as provided in the Order Paper. First, we have added that the Board shall promote the practice of building surveying that complies with universally accepted norms and values. Second, the Board will prescribe the minimum requirements and consider and approve the qualifications of persons wishing to be registered as building surveyors under this Act. Third, the Board will maintain a register of all persons or firms registered under this Act. We have enumerated all of them. For the sake of time, they are available on the Order Paper."
