The Chair, in his amendment to Clause 4, intends to make sure that practitioners in this field are regulated just like the way the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and other professional bodies regulate their members. It is very good for this profession, especially with the emergence of new buildings and land surveys. All these problems we have are due to lack of professionals. I support this amendment.
