Building surveyors offer professional advice on factors affecting existing buildings such as building defects, alterations, renovations and extensions as well the design construction of new buildings. This is a very serious role which means we need to put the responsibility higher. Therefore, I support the idea that we put that amount not to exceed Kshs 1,000,000."
