    "content": "THAT, Clause 16 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2) by inserting the words “the license number and” appearing immediately after the words “shall bear”; If you look at the amendment, we are introducing the words “the licence number” so that when you are issuing these licences at the end of the year you have not only the dates but also the licence number. It is critical so that the document you are issuing is authentic. Thank you."
