    "content": " Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I have been sitting here because I wanted to listen. I challenged Hon. Wahome when she came over here that ladies are their own enemies. When she was moving this very important Report, I only saw three Members of Parliament of the opposite sex. You can see for yourself, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker that, in fact, there are more men in the House than ladies, who should have helped us to advance this Report. I have four daughters who I want to benefit from this. This is a very important Report. I have looked at it and I support it because I know it will eventually affect my daughters when I leave this House. The ladies are not here!"
