    "content": "I want to appreciate the Government of the day on Uwezo Fund and the Youth Enterprise Development Fund that have been created to see to it that women are empowered in urban and rural areas. Let me also appreciate the Government for appointment of women to various positions such as Cabinet Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and also chairs of various departments and parastatals. It is worth noting that if the call for action on all that has been enumerated in this Report is executed, we will need to continue looking at issues related to gender.
