After we considered the Bills, the Committee resolved to await the reintroduction of the Bills in the Fourth Assembly of the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) and thereafter once the Bills are brought before the Committee, we will look at them in depth, since most of them had lapsed and were waiting re-introduction in the Fourth Assembly."
