    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there are men of experience here. I do not see my good friend, Amos Kimunya here but he went through that and finally he is back in office. This is a good recommendation! Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister continued to mislead this Committee. Therefore, the Committee further recommends that the appointing authority be advised that the conduct of Hon. Moses Wetangula is not compatible with that of a Minister. We say so because the Minister submitted documents and contradicted himself. He misled the Committee in very may occasions. With those remarks, I beg to second."
