    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Minister, indeed, is referring to a letter he wrote to the Office of the Clerk which was very clear. He wanted to come to the Committee to respond. According to the letter, he wanted to respond to issues that were raised by the media. The ruling of the Chair has been the following: We do not respond to issues raised in the media, either in the Committees or on the Floor of the House. So, is the Minister in order to say that he was denied the opportunity by the Committee?"
