"content": "Here is the HANSARD. After my request that I go back to the Committee after several witnesses had appeared, this is the response of the Chairman:- “On Tokyo, we gave you an opportunity which you had sought; you forced us to listen to you people; you have made your submission and I think that is final.” That is from the Chairman! This is the HANSARD of this House! The Chairman went on to say: “Then write to us if you wish!” We said: “We have already done that!” Mr. Kioni then interjects: “Mr. Chairman, Sir, as they go through their documents, in the event that they have information that they think will be beneficial to this Committee, it is important that they share it with us. This is because we have to have an informed position. That should apply to cases like that one of Tokyo. It is important that we still leave the window open. Hiyo ni ya maana sana ! If they have written, I will be happy to have a sitting with them.” The matter ended there! As it turned out, no opportunity was granted to us to appear before the committee again. Mr. Speaker, Sir, be that as it may---"
