The Speaker is now eligible to sit at the EXCO of the CPA-International where major issues touching on the region are discussed and determined. In congratulating the Speaker for a well-deserved position, I also note with appreciation that the fete has raised the status of our nation in the community of nations. Congratulations, Hon. Speaker.
