The Member for Kiharu will be here 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the business of the House. It is not only an interesting bit of the National Assembly but it is also a very useful mode through which Members can communicate with their constituents. This will effectively cure the issue of Members trying to know “ story gani ” after arriving 30 minutes late."
