    "content": "The Procedure and House Rules Committee further observed that Members’ diminishing interest in the current format of questions raised in the departmental committees was going hand in hand with an increase in the number of petitions being brought to the House. When Members were not able to develop good interest in Question Time as constituted now, they decided to focus on petitions, which they present in the House, on behalf of the public.
