    "content": "It would interest Members to know especially those who have spoken in favour of the parliamentary system that indeed the Committee of Experts (CoE) collected views from Kenya and the majority of Kenyans were in favour of a parliamentary system. It is only the Members who came before our time meeting in Naivasha, who in their wisdom, decided to change the wishes of Kenyans and indicated that many Kenyans in their view preferred a presidential system. That is how we have landed here."
