"content": "Having said that, there is only one minor matter that concerns me as I said and this relates to Article 108 of the Constitution. Article 108 in keeping with Article 1 and Article 4 of the Constitution that recognises Kenya as a multiparty democracy, recognises that at any one time in Parliament there will be the majority and the minority. Therefore, in Article 108, it recognises the party leaders. Article 108 (1) states thus: The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
