    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I really wanted to contribute on this but I rise under Standing Order 95. This is an advice to the new Members. As we contribute to this Motion, the most important aspect is for them to look at the amendments, place the amendments if you have and also attend the Committee of the whole House. That is where we make decisions. The Deputy Speaker and I normally attend and get the opportunity to express ourselves. On that, I ask that the Mover to be now called upon to reply. Thank you."
