Members, the other thing that I need to bring to the attention of the House is the fact that on a number of occasions, many Motions are debated and because everybody wants to speak, by 6.55 p.m. there are hardly 10 of you. This habit of always putting the Question at the next sitting day or hour is not a very good one because the people who will make the decision more often than not will not even be the people who will have discussed the business when the House last sat. It is something that we may have to look for a way of ensuring that Members, who contribute, contribute and stay in the House as opposed to contributing and then leaving. These are our own rules."
