    "content": " Hon. Junet was interested in this amendment. This is the one in which we were saying it regulates the friends of committees. One must give reasons to a committee. I think Hon. Junet wanted to ask the Chair to do a further amendment. I want to speak for him. I really support this one. At the end of the day, Members are in various committees. There are other Members who are not in certain committees. They might have certain valid reasons. At times, they also need to be given special considerations even in asking questions. This time, we are saying they should consult with chairpersons of the committee in question and put it in writing saying they have an interest based on this-and-that and that they want to be given priority in asking questions."
