    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. The only small challenge I have is the issue of the period within which one should notify a chair. Sometimes one comes from the constituency or county and realises there is a pressing matter. Members deal with many things. Even to introduce an amendment to a Bill on the Floor of this House, the notice is two hours before. Just considering how busy Members sometimes are, 24 hours is almost punitive. Thank you."
