    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for this chance. Petitions of this nature have come since the 11th Parliament. This is the time when the Committee on Education and Research headed by Hon. Melly, should make sure that TSC streamlines hardship allowances. My constituency and Tharaka Constituency are separated by a road. Teachers in Tharaka Constituency benefit from hardship allowance while those in my constituency do not. I hope the committee will be able to make sure that this disparity is dealt with once and for all. Thank you."
