    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I would like to thank the Member for this Petition. As in his constituency, my constituency of Rongai is also subdivided into areas where teachers do receive hardship allowances and other areas where they do not. He has talked about harmonisation. I think that is where they need to focus on so that we have harmony within one sub-county. Re-zoning should be done as quickly as possible. I thank him for the Petition and we pray that it goes through."
