    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am concluding. I also realise that as Committees go, we do have limitations. As a member of one of the investigative committees like the Public Investments Committee (PIC), when we go out there, we actually get the services of auditors accompanying us because we are not all financial experts. I believe that whatever could have happened here, probably, the Committee would have benefitted from the expertise of such people if they could have been available to them. From the report, it appears that this expertise was not available to them."
