Mr. Minister, do you want to protect the name of the Government? Can you tell us specifically why the money was being withdrawn in cash? Why are you telling us to protect the name of a Government which is busy wasting public funds? Can you tell us specifically? We are willing to listen to evidence, but you should not go into filibustering and trying to demean the work of the Committee. Your responsibility is to ensure that your Ministry is working; that, your staff are accountable and that you follow the law. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister is just attempting to spoil the name of the Committee without giving us the specific issues that are at hand. Mr. Minister, what happened in Japan? Can you tell us? Forget about the valuation."
