You have given a speech that ordinarily would be given by a person who is speaking after the elections. The true position is as you have said. You were elected as an Independent Member of this House and that is a fact. You can consult with everybody including the leader of ODM and the leader of the Jubilee Party. Members should be free to discuss things with each other. There should be no problem. You are perfectly in order. Leader of the Majority Party, let us proceed to the more substantive matter."
