    "content": "Hon. Members, as you are aware, the Bill seeks to make various wide-ranging amendments to various statutes. I want to take this opportunity to thank all the respective departmental committees for considering the various statutes under them and even proposing amendments on the same as indicated in the Order Paper. Nevertheless, I have since received requests from, among others, the Leader of the Majority Party and a number of Chairpersons of various departmental committees, to stay the Bill until 28th August 2018."
