    "content": "I know it has been said and we can say it again, to be honest the police operate under very hard circumstances. They have a challenge in housing, transport even equipment most of the time especially those that operate in rural areas. I come from Migori County and a sample of constituencies like Kuria East, Kuria West, Suna West and Nyatike are purely rural settings with very poor road conditions. Police have no vehicles. In a constituency, they have only one car and we expect them to maintain law and order everywhere."
