    "content": "When they appeared before the Committee during the recruitment of police officers, they said that it was not procedural and that there was a lot of corruption. They went to court and succeeded. We give them credit for that. We asked them how many stations they carried out their investigations and they told us that they just did two in Nairobi, one in Kisumu, one in Nakuru and another one in Mombasa. We told them that five out of 47 counties are very few. They said that they could have done better than that if they had some resources."
