    "content": "I was looking at the powers of the Authority. Article 7(3) is very clear on the powers of IPOA. It says that the Authority may, in exercise of its powers under this Act, request and receive assistance from any other Government or international body. That is what they need to do. As much as they do not have enough funding, they can use the provisions of the Act to get funding. That is a very critical component. If they do not have enough funding, they can source it from elsewhere."
