    "content": "As the Senator for Nairobi City County, I welcome them to Nairobi and the Senate. Let me underscore what the Senate Majority Leader has said; that our claim to democracy as a country is tainted whenever half or such a significant level of the population is left outside and is not on the table. We support unequivocally and unapologetically the agenda of women and the one-third gender provision in the Constitution. They should know that they will not get any issue in the Senate. The men in the Senate support--- Those who do not, because I have seen one of my colleagues protesting, should know that a candle does not lose light by lighting another candle."
