    "content": "Yesterday, we had a Bill that was talking about buildings. There is a law that says every building must be user-friendly for everybody yet nobody cares. People are busy barricading their buildings and putting all manner of stairs and steps to the extent that persons on wheel chairs and those with other various forms of disabilities cannot get access. More importantly, as they always say, disability is not inability."
