We should have this kind of Motions coming into this House and go even further to carry out; through representatives of the counties here, like my distinguished Senator, my nephew, from Nairobi; a census of how many persons of challenges we have in Nairobi. What attention do they get? Is it adequate? Does the national and county government budget for them? It does not make sense to own prestigious buildings such as the Association for The Physically Disabled of Kenya (APDK) and you do not hear anything about how much they help people with disabilities (PWDs)."
