    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, thank you for allowing me to add my voice to this important Motion. I congratulate Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve for bringing it because it is important. In this House, we are used to Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve’s voice when it comes to defending Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). Any minute you say something, she will stand up to defend the rights of PWDs and we are proud of her for doing that."
