    "content": "This is a matter that I will urge Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve to keep pushing. We will do our part as the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare to make sure that, at least, the code of building is implemented. Every public building must be modified and I have seen some. For instance, in County Hall, they had to add a metal rump outside to provide access. All public buildings must have that access and the ones coming up should be modified."
