    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, thank you for giving me this opportunity. Before I reply, on behalf of my family and on behalf of PWDs in this nation, I condole with the family of Sen. Faki who has lost his son. It is a painful thing but my prayer is that God may strengthen Sen. Faki’s family because it is a trying moment for the family. Now back to the Motion, allow me to thank all fellow Senators who have stood to support it. They have come out strongly to support the Motion objectively. I thank each and every one of them because they have given important input that could take this Motion to the next level of a Bill.
