"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister is partially accepting that the Board is not properly constituted. The Controller and Auditor-General who wrote a letter on 20th of May this year said as follows:- âVerification of copies of academic and professional qualifications and CVs of the appointees to the Board of the Corporation revealed that the above section of the law was not complied with by the Minister in the appointment of the members of the Boardâ."
