    "content": "The existing policies and laws should also help in terms of building a future that is bright. Building resilience and preparedness was also discussed in the Conference. This was an eye opener for us on how we, as a country, can be prepared to manage disasters rather than waiting for them to happen. Madam Temporary Speaker, this Report is very important. It should be adopted and implemented by this House. We should also ask ourselves the same question that the delegation of the 34 Member States asked: Do we have an education system that can deliver? In some cases we can reply in the affirmative. However, we still need to improve our education system to address the present and the future."
