The only area we have not complied with, and which I have mentioned, is that of radio communication. This is a very rare area to cover. We are still looking for a qualified person to fill this vacancy. It is hard to find engineers in the field of radio communication. This is the only area we did not comply with. The rest of the criteria with regard to the board members were complied with."
